Reality Transurfing, Part 3: How to Create Your Reality With Intention
Once you understand how your inner state shapes your trajectory — and how pendulums pull you off-center — you’re ready for the most important layer of Reality Transurfing: deliberate creation.
This part is where the work becomes strategic. Not forceful, not mystical but strategic. It’s about choosing the version of yourself you want to operate from and stepping into the lifeline that matches it.
Creation, in Transurfing, isn’t about wrestling reality to the ground; it doesn’t have to involve, intensity, effort or pressure. It’s about alignment — a clean inner position that naturally leads you to outcomes you desire with less resistance.
This article shows you how to work with that alignment in real life.
The Principle of Choosing “Your” Lifeline
Transurfing suggests that every possible future already exists as a potential track — not in a fate-driven sense, but in the sense that many versions of your life could unfold from this moment forward.
You influence which version you enter by:
the identity you step into
the internal tone you hold
what you choose to focus on
the energy you give or withhold
the level of importance you assign
the quality of your presence
Each of these acts like a selector dial.
And when the dial shifts, the path shifts.
This is why some people seem to “move with the current” while others consistently meet resistance. You want to select a preferable lifeline, as opposed to pushing against one you don’t like, since “resistance is futile.”
Choosing a lifeline isn’t about effort but clarity: The first step to getting what you want is knowing what you want!
The Version of You That Creates Results
Every goal you want — stronger relationships, clearer purpose, more meaning, more opportunity — already has a version of you who naturally achieves it.
Transurfing calls this the alternative frame:
The frame where the version of you who succeeds already exists.
You don’t force your way there.
You shift your internal stance to match it.
Consider the difference between:
acting from fear vs. acting from steadiness
trying to prove something vs. knowing your direction
worrying about outcomes vs. trusting your path
over-efforting vs. choosing aligned action
Only one of those sets leads to a lifeline where things click into place.
The path changes by changing the internal operator — the “you” behind the actions.
This is why Transurfing emphasizes identity over intensity.
You become the person who walks the track — and the track appears.
The Role of External Intention
Transurfing distinguishes between two types of intention:
Internal intention
Trying to force, push, or will something into existence.
External intention
Aligning with the reality where the thing you want already exists — and letting circumstances arrange themselves.
External intention is quieter, steadier, and far more effective.
Instead of manipulating life, you partner with it.
Instead of fighting obstacles, you adjust your stance.
Instead of micromanaging every detail, you create an internal environment that supports the outcome.
This doesn’t mean passivity.
It means influence without strain.
External intention emerges when:
importance drops
your inner position steadies
you stop feeding pendulums
your mind and heart agree on the direction
you trust the process long enough for results to appear
This combination moves you to a lifeline where the path is cleaner and timing begins to work in your favor.
How to Apply Transurfing to Real Life
Here’s what this looks like in practice:
1. Relationships
When you drop the need to be understood, validated, or “right,” conversations become lighter and more authentic. People open up. Tension dissolves. Connection improves.
2. Career or Purpose
When you release the pressure to “prove yourself,” you move with more competence and less self-doubt. Others pick up on it immediately.
3. Money
When money stops representing survival or identity, you operate with clearer judgment. Opportunities become visible that weren’t before.
4. Creativity
When importance falls, flow returns.
You stop forcing inspiration and start receiving it.
In all cases, the outcome improves when the emotional charge decreases.
A calm inner world invites a stable outer one.
A Simple One-Day Practice
The “Future Frame Alignment” ExercisE
Choose one outcome you want — nothing huge, nothing heavy.
Something simple but meaningful.
Then ask yourself:
“What is the version of me who already has this like emotionally?”
Calm?
Clear?
Steady?
Confident?
Grateful?
Neutral?
Pick one or two qualities.
For the next 24 hours:
Hold those qualities lightly
Without forcing them
Without trying to perform them
Simply return to them when you remember
This isn’t acting, pretending, or “fake it till you make it.”
It’s alignment.
You’re stepping into the internal stance that matches the lifeline you want to enter.
The external shift follows.
What Starts to Change
As you practice Transurfing in real time:
outcomes feel less random
timing improves
opportunities show up in unexpected ways
stress decreases
decision-making becomes easier
situations unfold with fewer obstacles
you feel more capable and composed
Most of all, you begin to sense the difference between reacting to your environment and shaping it.
That shift — from reaction to creation — is the heart of Reality Transurfing.
